Channel Manager: reach without extra work

A channel manager distributes your rooms, rates and availability automatically to the booking portals (OTAs) and pulls every booking back into the PMS – without one you would maintain each portal by hand and risk overbookings. The LeoFlex Channel Manager is built natively for apaleo: apaleo remains the single data source, with no middleware and no double entry.

Currently connected: Booking.com and Expedia (including virtual credit card settlement) plus Airbnb, HRS, HyperGuest and Feratel. You connect each portal per property and can activate or deactivate it anytime.

The Channel Manager is continuously extended, and new portals are added regularly. If you need a specific portal, just ask: implementing, testing and releasing a new connection typically takes 14 to 28 days.

Basic (€3.50/room/month) covers the full distribution: portal management, mapping, booking sync and payment processing. Communication (€5.50/room/month) additionally brings guest messages from Booking.com, Airbnb & Expedia into the Messaging inbox as threads. You can up- or downgrade anytime, effective immediately.

Changes travel via webhook in near real-time: bookings, cancellations and modifications from the portals appear in apaleo promptly, and your rate and availability changes in apaleo flow out to the connected OTAs automatically. You keep working exclusively in apaleo – just like before.

No. Payments – including virtual credit cards from Booking.com and Expedia – are processed PCI-DSS-compliant via apaleo Pay. Card data stays exclusively with certified payment providers, never with LeoFlex. That sets LeoFlex apart from many channel managers that cannot process payments at all.

From the Communication tier, OTA messages appear as threads in the same inbox where the Messaging module also bundles email and WhatsApp – one unified inbox for all guest channels. Optionally, the AI concierge answers questions automatically, creates new reservations, books services onto existing ones and provides reservation-related information.

No. You test 30 days for free; after that the module runs monthly – no setup fees, no contract lock-in, cancel anytime. You can also switch tiers whenever you like. Among channel managers that is far from standard: many providers work with annual contracts and setup charges.
