Accessibility Statement
NEO Digital – Erich Nigg is committed to making the LeoFlex website accessible in line with applicable accessibility legislation (in particular the European Accessibility Act and the national implementations based on it).
Scope
This statement applies to the LeoFlex website and the web interfaces of the LeoFlex app.
Our goal
We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
Implemented measures
- Full keyboard operation with visible focus
- Skip links and semantic landmarks (
header, nav, main, footer) - Sufficient colour contrast in light and dark mode
- Reduced motion when your system requests it (
prefers-reduced-motion) - Minimum size of 44 px for controls
- Alternative texts for images and correct heading hierarchy
- Responsive layout down to 320 px width
Known limitations
This statement is updated on an ongoing basis; we are currently not aware of any material limitations. Consent-based third-party content (e.g. the "Leo" AI chat and analytics services loaded after consent) is only partly within our control; any barriers identified will be remedied promptly. Should you encounter a barrier, we appreciate your feedback.
Feedback & contact
Spotted a barrier or need information in an accessible format? Tell us at support@leoflex.io – we take care of it promptly.
Enforcement procedure
If you do not receive a satisfactory response to a report sent to us, you can contact the competent enforcement body – in Austria, depending on the scope, the complaints office of the FFG (websites and apps of public-sector bodies) or, for offerings by private providers under the Austrian Accessibility Act, the competent authority; the Austrian Disability Ombudsman (Behindertenanwaltschaft) provides advisory support.
