This policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies (e.g. localStorage) on the LeoFlex website. The Privacy Policy applies in addition.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Your browser's localStorage works in a similar way. They enable basic functionality and – after consent – additional services.
Categories
- Necessary (always on): required to operate the website – session, security (CSRF) and storing your cookie choice. Legal basis: necessity / legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Functional (optional): additional features such as the "Leo" AI chat and the language setting. Loaded only after consent.
- Statistics (optional): reach and usage measurement with Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. Loaded only after consent.
- Marketing (optional): conversion measurement and remarketing with Google Ads (active, only after consent). Meta Pixel is prepared, currently not active. Loaded only after consent.
For functional, statistics and marketing services the legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; § 165(3) Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021).

Statistics and marketing services are loaded only after your consent and set cookies only then; of the marketing services, Google Ads is currently active and Meta Pixel is prepared but not yet active. With Google, Microsoft and Meta services, data may be transferred to the USA, safeguarded by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or EU Standard Contractual Clauses (see Privacy Policy).
Managing consent
You make your choice on your first visit. You can adjust or withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future – via the "Cookie settings" button in the footer of every page. You can also delete cookies in your browser.
