No. LeoFlex is apaleo-native and works exclusively with the apaleo PMS – but that makes the integration exceptionally deep: you log in via apaleo, apaleo remains the single source of truth for properties, rooms, rates and reservations, and booking changes arrive via webhook in near real-time. There is no double entry and no second system to learn.

The account itself is free – permanently. You only pay for the modules you keep active after the trial. Each module has a transparent starting price per room or lock and month (Messaging is a flat fee), with a minimum price per hotel. There are no hidden costs, no setup fees and no contract lock-in.

Through the official apaleo interface: you sign in with your apaleo login (OAuth) and grant the permissions – LeoFlex never stores passwords. Permissions are scope-based, so you stay in control of what LeoFlex may access.

Yes. Modules are activated per hotel (property) – you decide per property which modules run. Prices and minimum prices apply per hotel too, so each property only pays for what it actually uses.

Yes. Data storage and hosting are in the EU, the website works consent-first (nothing loads before you agree), and card data is never stored at LeoFlex – payments are processed PCI-DSS-compliant via apaleo Pay and Stripe. Details are in the privacy policy.
